How to measure at home (cm)
Use a soft tape. Stand relaxed. Record centimetres, then convert with the Sweet Peach size guide.

Sister sizes (quick idea)
If a 12C band feels tight but the cup volume is right, try 14B (same cup volume, larger band). If the band is loose and cups overflow, try a smaller band with a larger cup letter. Always re-check against the size guide chart.
